Membership and Licenses
Any broker-dealer that intends to operate a brokerage business for products available on CAMDAX, using the trading facilities of Cambodia Digital Asset Exchange, must be admitted and registered as an Exchange Member of CAMDAX.
TYPES OF EXCHANGE MEMBERSHIP & LICENSES
Type A
Trading Agent Membership
who are in the business of, for a fee, placing orders for sale or purchase of Digital Assets for clients and cannot be a Dealer at the same time; which may only: (a) Trade digital asset through the Digital Asset Market for and on behalf of its customers; and (b) Give advice to its customers on investment of digital asset.
Type D
Dealer Membership
who are in the business of trading Digital Assets and cannot by a Trading Agent at the same time; which may only trade digital asset as its business.
Type M
Middleman Membership
who are in the business of providing matching service for Over-the-Counter trade in Digital Assets between
individual customers and act as either the middleman for escrow services or witness to facilitate such matched trade; which may only offer over-the counter sales and purchase service in Digital Asset to its customers utilizing only Recognized Currency Custodians and Recognized Digital Custodians.
Type AM
Trading Agent and Middleman
who are Middleman Members and Trading Agent at the same time; which may conduct businesses as Type A and M;
Type DM
Dealer and middleman
who are Middleman Members and Dealer at the same time; which may conduct business Type D and M
